This Patient Service Coordinator will be working at MercyCare's Internists Associates of Iowa location. This position is responsible for answering the telephone, scheduling patient visits, filing medical records, and taking messages for the healthcare delivery team. One year experience working with the public required. The ideal candidate will have previous medical office experience in a similar setting/position and experience with electronic medical records, Epic preferred.
