We’re looking for an enthusiastic Content Coordinator with a passion for content and a hunger for learning to join our Content & SEO team. Our Content Coordinators plan, coordinate and execute a variety of digital content across web, app, email and social. The types of content you might be working on include campaigns and offers, website content enhancements, personalised emails or content to support the customer journey.
You’ll be joining a fun and supportive team that celebrates unique perspectives, successes as well as failures (or “fail yays” as we like to call them), and learning and development. We also like to have a laugh, share food inspo, and connect together online and in person.
About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
Our Content Coordinators:
Coordinate and deliver content across our owned digital channels.
Collaborate with other content team members, as well as UX, brand and marketing to achieve a consistent and connected customer experience.
Work with others to brief and review content and creative assets.
Create and execute content using a range of tools, including CMS and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Ensure content is accurate, error-free, and delivered on time.
Optimise content for discoverability and SEO.
Analyse and report on content effectiveness.
Seek out ways to improve content workflow, processes and ways of working.
