The Opportunity
- We are seeking 1 full time (approx. 40 hours per week) Monday through Friday. Shift will start at 3am to 12pm, a 8 hour shift with 1 hour break for meals/coffee break.

The candidate will perform a variety of duties include:
- data entry
- invoice reconciliation
- set up new customer accounts
- receive and distribute communications
- monitor and work in multiple email accounts
- scan/copy invoices and other paperwork
- process phoned-in orders from customers and from our sales team members
- screen and forward calls to other departments
- other duties as assigned
- keep up with inventory
- Completes office duties as needed/required by Supervisor.
- Completes additional tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has knowledge of seafood. Fish, crabs, shrimp, shellfish, etc.
- Organized – you are detail oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated – you are always looking for ways to improve efficiency and customer relations.
- Team players – you want to work together with your other team members to make sure each customer is well taken care of.
- Ability to speak Spanish is ideal, but not required.
- Having prior experience using the NetYield application.
Requirements:
- Proficient with using a computer
- Navigating web pages
- Comprehension of email
