Patient Registrar Surgical
Will be working at 1985 Crompond Rd, Cortlandt, NY 10567.
This is a full time-40 hour per week position, overtime as needed

Through primary care and multispecialty medical practices, the physicians and other health care professionals of NYPMG, in collaboration with Columbia Doctors and Weill Cornell Physicians, provide families with high quality, patient-centered care close to home in the New York metropolitan area.
Responsible for registering, scheduling and obtaining pre-certification and authorization for patients to ensure payment from a third party payer.
Required Criteria:
- 1+ years of clerical experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
Preferred Criteria:
- Knowledge of health insurance benefits/requirements
- Knowledge of coding
