About the Role
As an integral part of our digital marketing team, the Graphic Designer will support digital marketing efforts by creating and managing digital and print designs for our marketing needs. This individual will report to the Senior Manager of Marketing & Compliance and will work closely with our product and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Creating and managing digital and print designs for Finfare’s marketing campaigns
- Managing all graphic design tasks, finding projects and drafts, and generating unique and creative marketing ideas
- Preparing marketing content
- Working closely with the digital marketing team to launch designs
- Maintaining high quality standards to ensure best-in-class work is delivered
- Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency of design across various media platforms
- Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
Qualifications and Requirements
- Solid communication skills across cross functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate efforts among team members
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate project efforts and support rapidly shifting business demands
- Hands-on experience with various design software including Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media trends, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Excellent digital design and illustration skills
- Ability to create, edit, and compress video and motion-based assets
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Premier Pro, Illustrator, PhotoShop, After Effects, InDesign
- Passion for following cultural cues and trend-spotting with design, marketing, and social media
- 3+ years’ experience writing online publications, writing and editing content for B2B audience
Bonus Points
- Bachelor's degree (Graphic Design related degree preferred)
- New product launch or go-to-market experience is a plus
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $62k-110k (Depending on experience)
