Mandarin Ginger Spa, a modern day spa located in residential Sukhumvit Soi 59, is urgently looking for someone who is super friendly and loves working with people and customer service to join us as a spa receptionist.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting customers, answering phone calls and emails
- Booking appointments
- Checking customers in and out
- Managing staff roster
- Selling retail products and memberships
- Reporting
- Able to work in shifts, from 10:00 am - 8:00 pm or 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Qualifications:
- Female, Thai nationality, age 22-35
- Calm, polite, friendly personality and professional manner
- Communication and coordination skills
- Good English skills (speaking & writing)
- Experience in reception, customer service, and/or spa business is REQUIRED
- College graduate is preferable
